Sass Why for the CSS Guy

An intro to Sass and Compass for CSS fans.

After you start using Sass and Compass you will never want to write plain CSS ever again. These tools have saved countless hours of development time at Square. This 40-minute video intro (+ slides) should give you a solid overview of how Sass and Compass can change the way you style your web projects.

Installation is pretty easy. Just type the following in your terminal and you will be able to use all the techniques in this presentation. Installing Compass will also install Sass.

$ sudo gem install compass
